About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at SumUp Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Partner. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our Field Sales operations across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive recruitment efforts to support our ambitious growth initiative
- Build and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and team members
- Develop and implement efficient hiring processes from application to onboarding
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates for high-volume positions
- Experience in sourcing candidates and managing talent pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and complex projects
- Fluency in English and another European language (German, French, or Italian)
