Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our organization's success and to be part of a dynamic and creative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the luxury retail industry.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct talent reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Support the implementation of performance management processes and provide coaching and development opportunities to employees.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support talent acquisition and development initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, learning and development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
