About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Manager to join our team at RTL AdAlliance. As a key member of our Product & Revenue Development department, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital portfolio and driving revenue growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies to maximize revenue from our digital portfolio.
- Collaborate with our co-seller partners to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
- Provide rate and discount guidance to ensure optimal revenue and margin performance.
- Generate valuable insights and analysis to inform revenue and margin development strategies.
- Contribute to pricing strategy and rate card development to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze buy-side spends and costs of revenue to optimize revenue performance.
Your Profile
We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic thinker with a proven track record in digital advertising environments. You should have a strong understanding of revenue optimization and a ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising environments.
- Background in advertising sales, media agency, or digital publishing.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with tools like Power BI.
- Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, paired with implementation skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages a plus.
