  • Turn inquiries into successful contracted business deals.
  • Identify and pursue promising sales leads with precision and enthusiasm.
  • Respond to all enquiries in a professional yet approachable tone, assuring all reservations are completed and comply with the expectations of our guests.
  • A passionate commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Exceed expectations by revealing a unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in the role.
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
  • Embrace global diversity by speaking Italian fluently and English fluently. Additional languages are a plus.
