About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical & Planning Engineer to join our team at Rafhan Maize Products Co. Ltd. in Kotri. As an Electrical & Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Electrical Maintenance & Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Identify and report any defects or issues and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.
  2. Project Execution Activities: Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical-related projects, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Planning Activities: Develop and implement maintenance schedules for electrical equipment and systems. Ensure that all planned maintenance is carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. EHS Responsibilities: Ensure that all electrical work is carried out in a safe and controlled environment. Identify and report any potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.
  5. Cost Reduction Initiatives: Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the electrical department. Implement cost-saving measures and monitor their effectiveness.
  6. People Development: Provide training and guidance to electrical staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  7. Compliance of Company Policies: Ensure that all electrical work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures. Identify and report any non-compliance and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements:
  1. B.E. Engineering in Electrical with 4 to 6 years of experience.
  2. Good hand-on experience of electrical inspection/maintenance of rotary and stator equipment, grid, all level of voltages.
  3. Knowledge of electrical motors, starters, transformers, HT panel, LT panel, generator, high/low voltage switchgear, design of electrical system, electricity rules & regulations, IMS/GMP requirements, etc.
  4. Knowledge of MS Office. With command in SAP.

Desirable Requirements:

  1. A preferred candidate would reside in the suburbs of Hyderabad or Kotri.
  2. Hands-on experience in plant equipment operations.
  3. Computer literacy will be an added advantage.
