Job Overview
As a Sales and Customer Relationship Intern at Artemest, you'll play a key role in managing presales activities, ensuring strong performance in terms of conversion and average order value. You'll also be responsible for handling customer care daily activities, interacting with suppliers, and working closely with other departments to ensure an excellent level of customer experience.

Responsibilities
• Manage all presales activities to convert incoming sales leads effectively
• Handle customer care daily activities, including emails and calls
• Interact with suppliers to manage customers' requests and negotiate the best solution
• Work closely with other departments to ensure an excellent level of customer experience
• Continuously evaluate internal customer care processes and propose business development initiatives

Requirements
• Degree in languages or humanistic disciplines
• Passion for Sales and Design, with a proactive approach
• Italian native, professional proficiency in English and French
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills, with strong orientation to results
• Ability to manage relations and negotiations, with excellent communication skills
