Key Responsibilities
Manage all pre-sales activities to convert incoming sales leads, ensuring strong performance in terms of conversion and average order value. Handle customer care daily activities: respond to customer inquiries and requests via email and phone. Interact with suppliers to resolve customer requests and negotiate the best solution for the company and its customers. Collaborate with other departments (Logistics, Catalogue Management, and Technology) to ensure an excellent level of customer experience. Develop customer loyalty and retention initiatives. Continuously evaluate internal customer care processes and propose business development initiatives. Provide information about the company's products and services.

Requirements
Degree in languages or humanistic disciplines. Passion for sales and design, with a proactive approach. Italian native, professional proficiency in English and French. Previous working experience is considered a plus. Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills, with a strong orientation to results. Ability to manage relations and negotiate, with excellent communication skills. Attention to detail, flexibility, and entrepreneurial attitude.
