Job Overview

TE Connectivity is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our AD&M team in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, sales, and service representatives to handle pre-sales and post-sales service functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary interface with direct account responsibility for accounts in Italy
  • Carry out contract review on orders/schedules and process in the SAP system
  • Collaborate with customers on specific portals
  • Progress and expedite orders as requested
  • Process customer returns and investigate credit and debit requests
  • Conduct regular reviews with the account base to discuss OTD, backlog, and general support issues
  • Review and action order-related reports
  • Provide technical support to customers using intranet technical references and alternative solutions
  • Utilize Excel to create and update pricing spreadsheets
  • Proactively follow up on quotes

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a comparable industrial Customer Service environment (B2B)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar education
  • Excellent Italian and English language skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with SAP and e-commerce platforms
  • Ability to work with customers and stakeholders at all levels
  • Organized and methodical approach with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent Excel and Word skills
  • Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of harness components
