About the Role

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of Amazon's customer service, working closely with our logistics team to ensure seamless delivery experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve delivery issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with Amazon logistics and delivery partners to ensure efficient delivery processes
  • Keep accurate records of customer queries and progress
  • Assist with internal communications and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

A Day in the Life:

You will be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, working closely with our warehouse team, delivery partners, and customers to resolve delivery issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.

About the Team:

Amazon Logistics is a fast-paced and dynamic team that handles 'last mile' delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilize creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant experience in customer service or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Italian and proficiency in English
