We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Rockfon in Milano. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective processing of customer sales orders and providing excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Guarantee the timely and accurate processing of customer sales orders.
- Follow all relevant internal procedures for day-to-day activity.
- Ensure external and internal customer satisfaction by developing close relationships with all contacts.
- Administration of sales orders to cash, ensuring efficient and effective processing: receipt of orders, analysis of products/quantities/lead times for validation, and order entry in the SAP system.
- Apply pricing policy in conjunction with the sales team as required.
- Check product availability in liaison with factories/suppliers.
- Send orders for preparation and follow up logistics and transport with 3rd party service providers and/or internal logistics departments.
- Management of claims and credit requests.
- Filing and archiving.
- Chasing payment as required on request from accounts.
- Response to queries received by phone, mail, etc. from external and internal contacts, with the help of other departments (logistics, technical, marketing, sales...).
Key Performance Indicators
- Product availability and lead time.
- Pricing and quotation for special products.
- Requests for sales contact/documentation/samples.
Continuous Improvement
- Participate in group initiatives and projects.
- Requirements: 3+ years of customer service experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Customer focus, problem-solving, and result-orientation.
- Effective cross-functional approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
