Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary:**
Cencora is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to support clinical trial projects for key clients. As the primary contact, you will provide dedicated operational and customer service support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries, bookings, and reports in a timely and efficient manner.
- Plan shipping solutions that meet specific client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in the database, including logistics setup for new clients and updating existing information.
- Monitor shipments and track any deviations from the plan, communicating updates to clients and World Courier offices as needed.
- Determine the most suitable shipping solution for each shipment, considering packaging issues and temperature control.
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports on study progress, following up with clients and World Courier offices to address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, such as ADR/DGR/AITA, and local laws and guidelines.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and World Courier offices through effective communication and education.
About You:
- Education: College degree or equivalent experience in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or related fields.
- Experience: 0-2 years of directly related experience, preferably in logistics and/or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Skills:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
