We're seeking a driven and ambitious Customer Acquisition Representative to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a key player in our Sales Development function, you'll be responsible for generating qualified opportunities for our sales team through targeted prospecting and outbound efforts.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of sales or professional experience, with a strong interest in building a career in sales or leadership. You'll be expected to manage inbound leads, follow up on marketing campaigns, and develop interest via outbound targeted prospecting. This role requires a strong work ethic, humility, and hunger to learn, as well as the drive to not only meet but exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound leads and follow up on marketing campaigns
  • Develop interest via outbound targeted prospecting
  • Generate value for potential customers and book sales introduction calls
  • Provide feedback to marketing organisation on how to optimize messaging, campaigns, and processes
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a performance-based bonus scheme, comprehensive health insurance, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
