Hotel Customer Service Representative

Armani Hotel Milan, a 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Milan's fashion district, is seeking an experienced Guest Communication Agent to join its Lifestyle Department.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Main Responsibilities- Answer phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle guest requests, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process wake-up calls, messages, and faxes, maintaining accurate records and adhering to deadlines.
- Support colleagues in running daily reports, contributing to the department's efficiency and productivity.
- Stay up-to-date on expected arrivals and departures, anticipating and addressing guest needs.
- Maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues, promoting a collaborative and respectful work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Prior experience in a similar field within a 5-star hotel setting.
- Proficiency in English, Italian, and additional languages (Chinese or Arabic) is highly desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of Milan's attractions and events.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work calmly and confidently under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and working knowledge.
We offer a competitive salary range €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as:
