Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and working in a dynamic, agile environment? We are seeking a talented Customer Service Expert to join our team

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality assistance to our clients through various communication channels, including email and telephone. This involves processing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all correspondence with clients in a timely and professional manner
* Respond to customer requests and complaints in a courteous and efficient way
* Monitor payment flow and perform cash collection activities as needed
* Maintain the quality of client information in our CRM system

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a commercial service company, preferably in a customer-facing role
* Strong knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn our systems quickly
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding client service
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Proficiency in English (B2 level) is a must, but we also value candidates with other language skills
