La posizione di Customer Service Associate è un ruolo fondamentale per il successo della nostra azienda. Come membro del nostro team di Customer Service, si occupa di fornire assistenza e supporto ai nostri clienti e alla nostra forza vendite.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Fornire assistenza e supporto ai clienti e alla forza vendite per problematiche connesse ai servizi forniti dall'azienda.
  • Ricevere e gestire gli ordini di vendita provenienti da Sales e Clienti.
  • Attività di supporto proattivo alle vendite dell'azienda.
  • Gestire la scontistica fissa in SAP.
  • Supportare i clienti e la forza vendite per la gestione delle spedizioni.
  • Gestire l'anagrafica cliente.
  • Promuovere il sito di acquisti online e di tutti gli e-service.

Requisiti:

  • Diploma o titolo di studi superiore.
  • Esperienze pregresse in Customer Service strutturati o professioni con relazione continuativa con il cliente.
  • Abitudine ad essere valutato con KPIs di servizio sia quantitativi che qualitativi.

Competenze e attitudini:

  • Competenze informatiche: buona dimestichezza con l'utilizzo dei principali strumenti di Office.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Ottima conoscenza del prodotto o, alternativamente, forte motivazione allo studio dello stesso.
  • Predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali e una buona capacità di comunicazione, negoziazione e gestione del conflitto.
