We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team in Genoa, Italy. As a key member of our Procurement & Supply Chain department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our commercial strategies across the Italian, European, and global markets for Costa Crociere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Navigate market trends and vendor portfolios to define our textile sourcing strategy in global markets.
  • Implement short-, medium-, and long-term strategies in line with the Costa and Carnival Corporation needs and policy at the most competitive cost base.
  • Develop and maintain strong alliances with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve exceptional business results.
  • Secure the best terms through shrewd negotiation tactics while upholding our standards of quality and service.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic procurement, category management, or similar.
  • Significant experience in the Textile product category, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Academic background in Economics, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office package.
