As a key member of our Finance team, you'll work closely with our CFO and Corporate teams to provide analysis and execute changes to maximize profitability and productivity. You'll be responsible for supporting the Company leadership and departments with in-depth analysis related to costs, labor, margins, stock, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supports the Company leadership and departments with in-depth analysis related to costs, labor, margins, stock, and sales performance
* Works with store and corporate managers to create reports tailored to the managers' data and general reporting needs
* Collaborates with senior leaders to develop resourceful and creative approaches to improving efficiencies and profit margins
* Educates and trains team members on processes and procedures
* Supports in training team members on in-house sales database, Excel, and PowerPoint

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics
* 5+ years of experience in the FP&A field
* Experience in the Retail sector is considered a strong plus
* Demonstrated success in financial modeling
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian
* Data-driven mindset
* Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Familiarity with databases, automation, or business intelligence preferred
