Sales Key Account Manager Role

We are seeking a Sales Key Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing channel KPIs according to company goals and targets, developing the deepest understanding of key customer needs through the definition of Customer Journey map, and strengthening and expanding relationships with existing customers.

As a Sales Key Account Manager, you will facilitate KKAA sales through a comprehensive sell out plan, analyze customer needs, explain product offerings, engage customers, and act on sales opportunities. You will also ensure timely delivery of correct products and services to customers, act as a communication link between key customers and internal teams, and share regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
