At IQVIA, we are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Investigational Product Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Sponsor Dedicated (cFSP) team, you will play a critical role in driving healthcare forward by ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective preparation of investigational products in clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement safe and efficient investigational product preparation procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure overall investigational product preparation adherence.
- Contribute to the development of ancillary supply selection and related questions, study feasibility, site assessment, and mentoring for IPPI.
- Provide input on the preparation sections of Investigational Product Preparation Instructions (IPPIs) based on provided information about the investigational product.
- Co-author IPPIs and develop training slides, training level assessment evaluations, and staff training.
- Remotely support study teams with site trainings on IPPI, questions about investigational product preparation, and site findings related to IPPI.
- Provide input in the ancillary supply process, including the development of ancillary supply questionnaires and selection of supplies.
- Pharmacy degree with a focus on hospital practice.
- 3-4 years of recent experience in a hospital or clinic required.
- Experience in antibody treatment, oncology, and/or immunology therapeutic areas.
- Experience in preparing different drugs depending on the administration method, especially intravenous, subcutaneous, and intramuscular.
