  • Organize and participate in local events showcasing Sysmex laboratory technology and diagnostic value
  • Plan and execute demonstrations of Sysmex solutions, ensuring follow-up and monitoring of return on investment
  • Provide support to customers on application and QC-related topics
  • Plan proactive activities and regular visits to key customers
  • Report field activities and opportunity-related tasks
  • Organize regular meetings with key end-users to highlight the value of Sysmex solutions
  • Ensure accurate recording of customer-related records and service activities on Sysmex CRM
  • Collaborate with other field support functions and the marketing department
Requirements:
  • University Degree in biology or medical fields (PhD is a plus)
  • Proficient with Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • General professional experience: technical knowledge of the medical industry, hands-on experience in clinical laboratory procedures, and ability to positively influence others
  • Sales acumen and high communication skills
  • Understanding of tender procedures and requirements
  • Professional experience for the position: 4-6 years of experience in the IVD Market, either in sales or application roles, with experience in at least one of the following: hematology, urinalysis, or hemostasis instruments
