Nostro cliente, una multinazionale italiana del settore building automation, sogna di ingaggiare un/a Retail Sales Manager per sviluppare e gestire il mercato nazionale per la gamma di prodotti relativa ad accessi, tornelli e porte automatiche per il canale retail.
Compiti e responsabilità
- Individuare opportunità di business sul mercato italiano per grandi clienti come negozi, supermercati, contract, studi di progettazione ed architettura;
- Supportare i clienti nello sviluppo di soluzioni idonee alle loro esigenze, lavorando in collaborazione con l'Unità Tecnica ed il Dipartimento Ricerca e Sviluppo;
- Definire un piano di crescita strategico per la Business Unit e stabilire un budget previsionale per il medio e lungo termine;
- Partecipare a fiere ed eventi settoriali per rappresentare la società in prima persona;
Caratteristiche del candidato
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella vendita di soluzioni per il settore building automation o affini;
- Familiarità con i principali stakeholder del mercato, come il settore retail, studi tecnici e società di facility management;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese per interfacciarsi con la sede centrale e i reparti interni;
- Disponibilità a viaggiare in tutto il paese e a partecipare a fiere ed eventi settoriali;
Offerta di lavoro
L'azienda offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato, una retribuzione compresa tra 50.000 e 60.000 euro all'anno, e un sistema premiante stabilito in accordo con la direzione commerciale. Inoltre, verranno forniti gli strumenti di lavoro necessari per svolgere il lavoro, come auto aziendale, PC, telefono aziendale, telepass e carta di credito aziendale.
