Descrizione del ruolo
Il Sales Associate, a diretto riporto del Management team del negozio, avrà il compito di essere Brand Ambassador, accompagnando e fidelizzando i clienti durante tutto il processo di vendita.
Responsabilità
- Gestire il rapporto con una clientela internazionale, fornendo dettagli sul prodotto e sui valori di PVH Italia
- Utilizzare tecniche di vendita efficaci in modo da raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati
- Promuovere la cultura e l'immagine aziendale diventando Brand Ambassador
- Contribuire a creare un clima di lavoro professionale e motivante
- Assistere al costante mantenimento degli standard di Visual Merchandising
- Verificare lo stock presente in piano vendita, sostituendolo quando necessario, al fine di garantire che l'intera gamma di prodotto e taglie sia presente
