Leader in Europa presente in 4 mercati (Italia, Francia, Spagna, Portogallo) L'azienda che cresce a doppia cifra grazie ad una vision basata sulla delivery di alta qualità, ci ha incaricato di ricercare un/una Head of Digital che riportando al CEO e al CTO della società avrà la piena responsabilità della operatività a performance.

Responsabilità
  • Gestire le piattaforme interne basate su algoritmi per individuare le informazioni necessarie per ottimizzare le campagne ADV
  • Coordinare e soprattutto affiancare un team Digital di 10 persone nelle pianificazioni day by day discutendo ed ottimizzando la strategia e l'operatività delle pianificazioni WEB. (Indispensabile una conoscenza operativa delle piattaforme)
  • Monitorare le principali metriche di performance e prendere un corso di azioni coerente in funzione del continuo miglioramento dei risultati;
  • Definire e allocare il budget in funzione degli obiettivi di customer acquisition e upselling;
  • Coordinare le attività di sviluppo a livello internazionale.
Profilo del Candidato
  • Saremo felici di incontrarti se pensi di essere in possesso di questi requisiti:
  • 1. almeno 3+ anni in strutture basate sulla pianificazione a Performance (senior pay media), piattaforme utilizzate: Google ads, Google Search Ads 360, Google dv360, Business Manager, TikTok Ads.
  • 2. esperienza di comprovato successo in contesti lead generation, CPC Reservation, (programmatic è un plus).
  • 3. esperienza consolidata nella definizione, implementazione e coordinamento di una strategia digitale a performance;
  • 4. padronanza di strumenti di Digital Analytics e spiccata sensibilità all'analisi dei dati;
  • 5. esperienza manageriale nella gestione di team di lavoro;
  • 6. ottima conoscenza dell'Inglese (MUST).
