About the Role

In this Customer Support Specialist role, you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer issues, providing product walkthroughs, and conducting research to identify solutions. You will also be responsible for ensuring proper recording and closure of all issues, as well as providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers.

About You

We are looking for an individual with strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a customer support role or at a start-up is a plus. You should be fluent in German and have a strong understanding of the German market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer issues and provide product walkthroughs
  • Conduct research to identify solutions to customer issues
