Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution
- Conduct product walkthroughs and provide resolutions to customer queries
- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer issues to identify solutions
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
- Answer customer questions via email, phone calls, and live video calls
- Go above and beyond to help customers
- You possess empathy and patience
- You have a curious and problem-solving mindset
- You have previous experience in a customer support role or at a start-up
- You have a strong analytical background, with experience working with databases and SQL queries
- You have excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- You have experience working with Zohodesk or other support/service software
- Primary fluency in German is mandatory
