About the Role

In this exciting Customer Support Specialist role, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of our customers and their businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution
  • Conduct product walkthroughs and provide resolutions to customer queries
  • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer issues to identify solutions
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
  • Answer customer questions via email, phone calls, and live video calls
  • Go above and beyond to help customers
About You
  • You possess empathy and patience
  • You have a curious and problem-solving mindset
  • You have previous experience in a customer support role or at a start-up
  • You have a strong analytical background, with experience working with databases and SQL queries
  • You have excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • You have experience working with Zohodesk or other support/service software
Requirements
  • Primary fluency in German is mandatory
