Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Finance Controller to join our Group Planning & Control team based in Milan, Italy. The successful candidate will support the management in taking relevant decisions by providing insights and analysis on the business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage year plans and monthly forecasts (both at P&L and Balance Sheet level) in line with guidelines.
  • Ensure achievement of financial targets and implement action plans.
  • Ensure compliance of changes within the company for reporting purposes.

Finance Business Partnering

  • Liaise with Functions to monitor month-end closing, forecasts, and year plan processes.
  • Assist functions with Reporting and KPIs to support the achievement of financial targets.
  • Weekly Business tracking and support.
  • Partner with the business on all elements of financial performance and strategy, providing accounting guidance on new business models and decisions in evaluating returns on investments.
  • Be a point of reference for Marketing Business Partners in Corporate and countries.

Requirements

  • University degree (with preference to Economics).
  • At least + year of experience in Finance Planning & Control function.
  • Previous experience in a multinational and complex environment.
  • Additional international experience as a plus.
