Job Title: Chef De Rang

At Hosco, we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Food and Beverage Service Professional to join our team. As a Chef De Rang, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience that exceeds their expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide a courteous, professional, and efficient service to guests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel, including food and beverage items.
  • Upsell and promote products to guests, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Monitor operating supplies, equipment, and reduce spoilage and wastage successfully.
  • Ensure the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
  • Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting guest complaints and feedback to supervisors.
Requirements:
  • Experience in an F&B service role.
  • Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment, with excellent oral and written skills in English and Italian.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and thrive under pressure.
  • Ability to operate computer and office equipment.
