About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the efficient and smooth running of our clinic and practice facility in Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with senior physicians to develop strategies to achieve our growth targets
  • Ensure outstanding care quality and a positive patient experience through continuous process optimization and quality management measures
  • Regularly produce comprehensive reports on site performance metrics, progress and challenges and communicate effectively with the Head of Operations Italy
  • Identify and leverage business growth opportunities, including new facility development and acquisition support
  • Establishing innovative treatment methods to position Sanoptis as a pioneer in ophthalmology in Italy
  • Ability to relate and establish economic negotiations with supplier companies
