Your Mission

Welcome to your new role as a Field Service Engineer at Sungrow - EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our solar inverter solutions and energy storage systems. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients, resolving any issues that may arise during the installation, maintenance, and repair of our products.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in electrical engineering, with a focus on renewable energy solutions. You should have a solid understanding of electrical systems, including AC/DC, low/medium voltage, and electrical conduits. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in Italian and English, with a minimum of B2 language skills. Experience with battery storage solutions and customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
