Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering customer-centric technical and operational assistance. Supporting technical transitions and functional modifications, which includes developing strategic plans and managing timelines.
  • Engaging in post-sales support initiatives and ensuring quality assurance.
  • Conducting analysis and coordinating requirements, ensuring alignment between our clients, external service providers, and internal experts.
  • Facilitating customer presentations and communications, ensuring clarity in information and reporting.
  • Recognizing opportunities to enhance our service offerings and providing constructive feedback to internal teams.
  • Guaranteeing high-quality end-to-end request management, service excellence, and technical support across our global product, services, and data portfolio.
  • Overseeing inquiries and ensuring thorough end-to-end request management, with appropriate follow-ups and escalations as necessary.
  • Delivering prompt and high-quality responses to customer inquiries, primarily through our ticketing system, as well as via phone, conference calls, and email.
  • Managing and nurturing the ongoing operational relationship with our key clients.
  • Participating in service discussions and meetings with key clients to ensure and uphold superior service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in interviewing, observing, analyzing, and documenting client needs and technical workflows. Capable of conceptualizing and synthesizing complex technical issues. Ability to simplify and explain technical subjects.
  • Strong competence and enthusiasm for building robust relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders. Exceptional customer focus with outstanding communication, listening, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Knowledgeable consultant/subject matter expert in market data (real-time API) and investor protection (e.g., ESG, MiFID) topics, with experience in financial markets in a relevant role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various financial data asset classes and a passion for continuously learning about financial markets, as well as SIX's products and services.
