Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at CSA Group. As the primary customer contact, you will be responsible for developing new accounts in the hazardous locations and industrial equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Prospect for new customers and identify business opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet personal targets
- Collaborate with technical specialists and operations staff to provide solutions to customers
- Participate in industry associations and events to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry developments
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry
- Strong commercial understanding of ATEX Directive, IECEx Scheme, and other relevant safety standards
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong initiative and motivation to meet or exceed sales targets
