Armani Hotel Milan, a 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Milan's fashion district, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and organizing housekeeping activities to maintain established standards of cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Oversee daily room occupancy forecasts and room reports to ensure adequate staffing and resources.
  • Ensure that all housekeeping duties are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and supervise housekeeping outsourcers to ensure they are equipped to handle all tools and equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by management to support hotel operations.
Qualifications and Expertise:
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel.
  • At least 1 year of experience at the same level.
  • Proficient in English language.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Contract Details:
  • Full-time contract.
  • Fixed-term contract of 6-12 months.
