L'azienda Page Personnel è alla ricerca di un Marketing Business Analyst per supportare la definizione delle strategie di marketing e delle campagne promozionali basate su dati concreti e analisi di mercato.

Responsabilità:

  • Analisi dei dati di mercato: raccogliere, analizzare e interpretare dati di mercato e delle performance aziendali utilizzando strumenti di business intelligence.
  • Identificazione di opportunità di crescita: condurre analisi approfondite dei trend del mercato utilizzando dati CRM, identificando opportunità di crescita e miglioramento.
  • Collaborazione con il team di sviluppo prodotto: collaborare con il team di sviluppo prodotto per identificare nuove applicazioni profittevoli dei cristalli bidimensionali.
  • Supporto alla definizione delle strategie di marketing: supportare la definizione delle strategie di marketing strategico e delle campagne promozionali basate su dati concreti e analisi di mercato.
  • Monitoraggio delle performance delle campagne di marketing: monitorare le performance delle campagne di marketing e generare report dettagliati per valutare l'efficacia delle strategie implementate.
  • Interfaccia con società di consulenza esterne: interfacciarsi con società di consulenza esterne al fine di velocizzare le analisi di mercato.

Requisiti:

  • Età: 27-35 anni.
  • Formazione: laurea tecnica o economica conseguita presso Politecnici o equivalenti.
  • Esperienza: esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in consulting firm (a titolo esemplificativo: McKinsey, Arthur D. Little, Boston Consulting, Bain, Roland Berger, ecc.) su progetti tecnologici.
  • Competenze: buona conoscenza di tecniche di marketing analitico e strumenti di business intelligence, competenze avanzate nell'analisi dei dati, con particolare attenzione all'uso di CRM e alla valutazione dei trend di mercato.
  • Abilità: eccellenti capacità analitiche, di problem-solving e di comunicazione, forte orientamento ai risultati e capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e in continua evoluzione.
