Webuild S.P.A. is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Analyst to join our team in Rome. As a Risk Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing methodologies for the identification, assessment, and management of risks, as well as analyzing and drafting reporting, operational management of models, and supporting documentation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support group ERM processes and corporate and contract risk assessment processes
  • Periodic risk analysis, drafting of analysis documents and presentations for top management
  • Support in reviewing and updating internal operating procedures and guidelines
  • Support in internal training and dissemination of a Group-wide risk culture
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business, engineering, or scientific disciplines such as mathematics and physics
  • 1-3 years of experience in structured multinationals - preferably from the Construction and Oil & Gas sectors - or in leading consulting firms
  • Interest in the most advanced ERM and corporate and project operational risk control processes
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package
  • Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of other foreign languages is appreciated
Skills and Abilities:
  • Willingness to work in a team and independently, problem-solving and ability to work within assigned deadlines
  • Curiosity towards the subject, critical spirit, and practical approach
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
