Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Transformation Portfolio Manager to join our team at McDonald's Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of change programs across Italy, Spain, and Portugal. Your primary focus will be on coordinating and streamlining program teams' immediate change execution activities, ensuring seamless integration with other local priorities and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Market Change Portfolio: Partner with business leaders to understand and support the change needs of the market.
  • Integrate the portfolio of ongoing change programs to drive connected change experiences for stakeholders.
  • Maintain the market's change pipeline, anticipating needs and working with the central Transformation Management Office Change Team to plan for future change needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, human resources, or related field.
  • PROSCI, ADKAR or equivalent change management certification.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, advisory and coaching experience, and influencing skills.
