We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical & Connectivity Specialist at Kia Europe.
About the Role
The successful candidate will participate in the technical departmental activities, working closely with our team of experts to develop innovative solutions for the automotive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify critical repairs and escalate to the Technical Support Team with detailed information to manage the case with HQ or the factory.
- Collaborate with the After-Sales team and participate in technical team meetings.
- Produce analysis on frequent technical issues.
- Collect documentation for quality improvement reports.
- Provide support for Kia Diagnosis tester.
- Manage Kia Connect System issues.
- Support the technical team in managing technical Dealer requests by consulting technical documentation.
Requirements
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive, and related studies).
- Italian: mother tongue or fluent.
- English: fluent, spoken and written.
- Good numbers literacy and understanding.
- MS-office proficient.
- Goal-oriented approach.
- Team working, communication, reliability, and organizational skills with a curious attitude.
What We Offer
