About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Support site leaders on HR matters, providing guidance and expertise to ensure effective HR practices.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement new policies and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and the work environment.
  • Develop and implement communication plans to support site briefs and announcements, ensuring timely and effective communication with employees.
  • Lead the implementation and progression of HR projects, driving business outcomes and improving HR processes.
  • Analyze data to inform HR strategies and policies, providing insights to drive business decisions.
A Day in the Life

You will be based in one of our Amazon Fulfillment Centres, serving as the primary HR representative to the Operations leadership team. You will work closely with colleagues across various business areas to drive business outcomes and improve HR practices.

About the Team

Our Customer Fulfillment team is the backbone of Amazon's operations, handling over 1.5 million orders every day. We are a dynamic and fast-paced team that is always looking for ways to improve and innovate. As an HR Business Partner, you will be part of a team that is passionate about making Amazon a great place to work.

Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite in a professional environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Relevant experience in analyzing data and creating reports for leadership.
  • Relevant experience in working with confidential and sensitive HR information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Experience working with basic employment law and HR/payroll practices.
  • Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders across various levels of seniority.
  • Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment.
