About the Role:
The Sales Operations Manager will play a critical role in supporting sales leaders in evaluating sales performance against goals, opportunities for optimization, and attainment vs. forecast. This individual will drive the rhythm of business activities such as Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other cadenced reporting and metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales leaders in evaluating sales performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards to enable informed business decisions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address reporting issues
- Build scalable mechanisms to support business and program operation processes
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business strategy and drive growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field
- Experience defining, refining, and implementing processes, procedures, and policies
- Financial, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing and evolving role
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with 3rd party reporting platforms such as SalesForce
- Understanding and experience working in a SaaS environment
