About the Role

Amazon Ads is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our Global Growth Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure team members meet their sales targets.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  4. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
Requirements
  1. 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams.
  2. Experience in digital advertising, with a strong understanding of search engine marketing, display advertising, and other digital channels.
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive sales growth.
  5. Native-level Japanese and business-level English skills.
