Amazon Ads is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our Global Growth Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure team members meet their sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams.
- Experience in digital advertising, with a strong understanding of search engine marketing, display advertising, and other digital channels.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive sales growth.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English skills.
