Job Summary

Pinkerton Consulting & Investigations, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Global Security Program Manager to support the delivery and implementation of all elements of the corporate security program at client locations within a defined area of responsibility.

  • Deliver Day-to-Day Security Operations: Provide best-in-class security services for a diverse portfolio of sites and customers with unique requirements.
  • Implement Security Plans and Policies: Develop and implement security plans, policies, and programs in support of team and organizational goals.
  • Earn Trust through Customer Engagements: Build trusting relationships with customers and stakeholders through effective communication and liaison with external partners.
  • Collaborate with Internal Customers: Work closely with Area and Regional Security Managers to deliver best-in-class services focused on enhancing the safety and security of clients' people and business.
  • Monitor and Improve Performance: Track, monitor, and improve guardforce vendor performance, operational efficiency, security system health, and site performance.
  • Conduct Security Assessments and Audits: Conduct comprehensive site security assessments and audits to identify potential gaps in security controls.
  • Deliver Project Work Packages: Ensure achievement of milestones to meet team goals through effective project management.
  • Investigate Incidents and Special Events: Conduct initial incident investigations, special event coordination, and other safety, security, or business continuity initiatives.
  • Align Corporate Security Metrics: Align and implement Corporate Security metrics, goals, and strategic direction across functional areas in support of overall team mission.
  • Serve as Trusted Security Advisor: Provide high-quality communication and strong briefing skills as the trusted security advisor and subject matter expert within area of responsibility.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in criminal justice, security, law enforcement, internal relations, or business management with at least three years of global corporate security experience including service provider/vendor management.
  • Competencies: Proficient English skills; written and verbal; able to manage daily tactical operations while supporting the development of strategic program plans; able to work confidentially and sensitively while supporting investigations; attentive detail and accuracy; able to carry out responsibilities with little supervision; effective written and verbal communication skills across a diverse group of stakeholders; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines; client-oriented and results-driven; able to analyze complex situations and make well-informed decisions with limited supervision.
  • Working Conditions: Regular computer usage; occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment; frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking; ability to work flexible hours including after-hours to meet demands of globally dispersed team; able to travel up to 20-30%, sometimes with little to no notice.
