Join the United Nations Evaluation Group as a Senior Evaluation Officer, P4, and contribute to the development of evaluation policies and strategies that promote accountability and learning within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Country Strategy and Programme Evaluations (CSPEs) to ensure independence and accountability.
- Manage the entire evaluation process, including building teams of evaluation experts, producing the Approach Paper, and leading the main report.
- Participate in internal peer reviews of CSPEs and prepare concise, reader-friendly evaluation reports.
- Enhance IFAD's accountability and knowledge of results at the project level by designing and conducting impact evaluations.
- Contribute to the development of evaluation methodology and participate in project development teams and policy fora.
- Substantive contribution to IOE evaluation management activities.
