Role Overview

The Distribution Solutions Local Communications Leader will be responsible for building and executing an integrated communications strategy for the division in Italy and South Europe, in collaboration with the global division communications team and the local Electrification communications team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute local marketing communications strategies and action plans to support the local division growth ambitions and strategy.
  • Partner with the local sales team to lead and execute lead and nurturing campaigns, as well as events and tradeshows.
  • Provide executive internal communications support across the local sales team.
  • Ensure there is an external thought leadership and social media communications strategy and messaging that elevates the position of Distribution Solutions locally and supports the local division strategy.
  • Lead the local external customer communications editorial calendar, content, and storyline through all communication channels to establish coherent internal and external messaging and customer engagement along the buying funnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years' experience in communications and marketing positions.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Lead and nurturing experience required.
  • Marketing automation knowledge is a must.
  • Highly collaborative leader who can lead in a matrixed organization.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
