This is a unique opportunity to work with a global team that's shaping the future of industry and society. As a key member of our marketing and sales team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing local marketing communications strategies that drive business growth and support our division's ambitions.


Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with the local sales team to lead and execute lead and nurturing campaigns, as well as events and tradeshows.
  • Providing executive internal communications support across the local sales team.
  • Working closely with the local Electrification communications leader to ensure there's an external thought leadership and social media communications strategy and messaging that elevates the position of Distribution Solutions locally and supports the local division strategy.
  • Leading the local external customer communications editorial calendar, content, and storyline through all communication channels to establish coherent internal and external messaging and customer engagement along the buying funnel.
  • Ensuring positioning and impact of the local divisions related content in local external and internal communications channels in support of the local division strategy.


We're looking for a highly collaborative leader who can work effectively in a matrixed organization. You'll need to have a strong background in marketing and communications, with a minimum of 10+ years' experience in similar roles. You'll also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have strong project management skills.
