Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Solutions Regional Communications Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy to support the growth ambitions of our local division.

This includes:

  • Collaborating with the global division communications team to execute local marketing communications strategies and action plans;
  • Partnering with the local sales team to lead and execute lead and nurturing campaigns, as well as events and tradeshows;
  • Providing executive internal communications support across the local sales team;
  • Ensuring there is an external thought leadership and social media communications strategy and messaging that elevates the position of Distribution Solutions locally and supports the local division strategy;
  • Leading the local external customer communications editorial calendar, content and storyline through all communication channels to establish coherent internal and external messaging and customer engagement along the buying funnel.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communications, Journalism, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 10+ years' experience in communications and marketing positions;
  • Strong writing and editing skills;
  • Lead and nurturing experience required;
  • Marketing automation knowledge is a must;
  • Highly collaborative leader who can lead in a matrixed organization;
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel);
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
