Account Manager Role at Intro

At Intro, we're passionate about giving everyone access to anyone. As a rapidly growing startup, we're looking for a driven and adaptable Account Manager to help us build and execute strategies that will drive our success.

As the first Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our startup. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies independently to meet and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with the support, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and achieve company goals
• Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team to help inform product development and improvements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role
• Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets
• Familiarity with CRM software and willingness to build processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
