About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Producer to join our Brand Experience Team at Cheil Italy, a data-driven creativity agency under the Samsung Group.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Brief Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key event objectives and develop effective strategies to achieve them.
  • Timeline Development: Create detailed timelines to ensure seamless event execution and minimize last-minute surprises.
  • Supplier Management: Source and manage high-quality suppliers for event services, including set-up, audio/video/lighting techniques, printing, staff, catering, and location verification.
  • Quality Control: Verify graphic files, safety documentation, and supplier deliveries to ensure exceptional event quality.
  • On-Site Presence: Oversee event setup, execution, and dismantling to guarantee a smooth experience.
  • Budgeting and Closing: Manage event budgets and ensure timely closure of all financial matters.

Required Skills:

  • 4-6 years of experience as an Event Producer or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in English, both in speaking and writing.
