About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Logistics Specialist to join our team at Havas Media Group Spain SAU. As an Event Logistics Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless logistics and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with the event planning team to coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Travel and Accommodations: Arrange travel and accommodations for event attendees, speakers, and staff as needed.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, including hotels, caterers, and audiovisual providers.
  • Event Operations: Oversee event setup, registration, and tear-down, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for attendees.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between event stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in event planning and logistics
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
