Consumer Marketing at #ELC
Consumer Marketing serves as the guardian of the brand, ensuring that the brand's messages, image, and values are consistently communicated in every consumer interaction. Furthermore, Consumer Teams are our primary innovators, exploring new methods of engaging with consumers.
The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring that our Consumer Messaging is coherent and impactful across all Consumer Touch Points while defining a comprehensive Consumer Strategy: mapping and comprehending the consumer journey and establishing a suitable marketing plan that integrates all media channels, ensuring the optimization of Advertising & Promotion mix in support of the marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and presents regional marketing strategies, ensuring effective execution
- Shares insights and challenges during cross-brand discussions
- Creates reports and analyses for all campaigns, focusing on A&P ROI to enhance marketing efficiency
- Delivers presentations to showcase projects to various stakeholders
- Collaborates with Trade Marketing to develop local product offerings when applicable
- Establishes local launch strategies
- Oversees campaign management (Event Coordination, campaign timing, and tracking)
- Contributes to Visual Merchandising decisions, particularly for launches
- Supports daily Marketing budget activities
- Defines and optimizes the A&P budget
- Regularly engages with consumers to gather data and insights (e.g., Focus Groups, Surveys...)
- Collects feedback from customers in collaboration with the Consumer Communication Executive
- Proactively seeks ways to align CR with global initiatives and identify locally relevant causes and activities
- Participates in CR initiatives across various touch points.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in similar positions with knowledge of luxury goods or FMCG
- Strong strategic accountability in marketing
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in conveying messages to consumers and key stakeholders
- Outstanding analytical, creative, and decision-making abilities
- Personality: eagerness to lead, experiment, learn, and challenge the status quo
- Robust digital understanding, with a keen interest in trends and new technologies
- Capability to lead a cross-functional team and engage with international markets
