About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified Project Management Officer with a background in working with large projects and multifunctional teams to join our team at DRi.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Organization and Execution: Organize, execute, and document work reports, ensuring control over protocol decisions and monitoring their implementation.
  • Project Information and Materials: Prepare project information and materials for public meetings and committees.
  • Electronic Archive Management: Maintain the electronic archive for the project.
  • Schedule Management: Update and control the project implementation schedule, actively communicating with all members of the project team to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Data Analysis and Output: Participate in forming output data for the development of investment models for the project.
  • Business Plan Development: Collaborate in the creation of the business plan for the project alongside the Project Manager.
  • Operational Payment Plan: Develop and maintain an operational payment plan, with daily updates and monitoring.
  • Payment Planning and Contract Management: Formulate plan/fact after fact of payments on a monthly basis and participate in contract-related activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Higher education in a technical or economic field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in the implementation of large projects.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and systemic thinking skills, previous experience in project initiation and implementation, proficient in project planning and monitoring, demonstrated skills in calendar planning and constructing a critical path, excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team, ability to handle stress, multitask efficiently, and maintain a high degree of responsibility, attention to detail and a keen sense of responsibility.
  • Language: Knowledge of the Italian language is required for projects in Italy.
