Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Sun Chemical as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring timely and efficient processing of orders and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely completion, and communicate with clients regarding order status and any issues that may arise.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide proactive support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Export Operations: Manage export operations, including preparing and processing export documents, coordinating with shippers, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company procedures.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including order records, customer communication, and export documentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and export operations in a manufacturing company.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English and Italian, with excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with IT tools, including MS Office, and SAP ERP system.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, team working skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
